living room mood board

We want a very relaxing, light and nutral space for our living room as this will be the room we spend the most time in. I really like the idea of keeping the furniture light and using our accessories to add colour and character that way it's easier to change things up seasonally. We actually have two deep brown chesterfield sofas which we are hoping can achieve the same kind of look. The floor of the current living room is a light wood laminate so we hope to put down a nice rug to compliment the space and look we are going for. Initially we have decided on a blush, grey and rose gold colour scheme and have already purchased a few items for this room including cushions, and some plant pots.
I definitely want to inject some greenery into the living room, not necerserilly flowers but some foliage, bring a little of the outside inside and keep the room really fresh and open. We'd also like to have lots of different textures within the room such as wicker, knitted, fluffy, ceramic and metal. Kenneth would like to make the chimney breast a darker grey colour and the two alcoves a lighter grey then keep the rest of the room white. I'm slowly coming round to the idea.. hey we both live there so there has to be compromises! Curtain wise we haven't decided exactly what colour we'd like but as they'll be quite long I think I'd prefer to keep them a solid colour with no pattern. Lastly, wall art. I have so many ideas for this and am already brainstorming ideas to hang behind the sofa. What style and colour scheme does your living room have?
